The Role

KPMG People & Change Advisory are looking to onboard a motivated and hard-working team-player, a Rising-Star to be responsible to contribute to Business Change Management Advisory engagements.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Develop the understanding of client’s case for change, scope and develop BCM plan for a large-scale transformations & transition initiatives and ensure timely work delivery;
  • Lead small teams/sub-teams, engage stakeholders effectively and ensure quality assurance and review cycles for all BCM deliverables related to Change, Communication and Training interventions;
  • Develop change, communication and training strategy aligned with project objectives;
  • Lead visually appealing high quality communication collaterals, plan;
  • Lead training collateral development & basic estimates for ILTs, WBTs, and other formats like micro learning (video capsules), inclusive of training curriculum, course outlines, storyboards, training courses, and training evaluation;
  • Support senior BCM consultants in conducting stakeholder interviews to develop of materials for change impact analysis, readiness surveys, communications, and engagement materials etc.;
  • Lead Stakeholder engagements, collaborate with clients, project team and subject matter experts, in a virtual/in-person and ensure BCM deliverables are aligned to the requirements and follow-up on project deliverables and tasks;
  • Support senior BCM consultants in planning and development of key messages content;
  • Provide timely updates to Project Lead/Manager about timelines, deliverables, and dependencies;
  • Contribute towards practice/firm development initiatives;
  • Ensure deliverables meet KPMG standards and client branding and quality standards
  • Anticipate issues and escalate to change leads when necessary;
  • Experience of working on Communication, Engagement tools, Recording and Authoring Tools like Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline etc is ideal but not mandatory;
  • Support sales efforts such as estimations, proposal development, etc.

What we look for in You?

  • Bachelor’s Degree in communication, Media, Psychology, HR and Business Administration or related;
  • Well-researched into Business Change Management (ideal);
  • Resilient, analytical, proactive and self-management profile, and the capacity to handle and accomplish multiple due dates simultaneously;
  • Customer service orientation, empathy, teamwork and learning ability;
  • Excellent Communication skills both oral & written;
  • Eager to work with remote teams in a global company with multicultural teams, in an fast-moving environment;
  • Technical skills: intermediate level use of Microsoft Office suit (mainly PPT and Excel).
